I know that this is an old thread. So which one did you buy? How do you like it?
Does anybody have a suggestion of one that is actually secure?

Forum: Shot Loads For Pistols
I see from your video the need to pattern the loads. They don’t hit point of aim. I will do that.

The one Gold Cup 38 Spl I was able to inspect had a sleeved 38 Super barrel. It shot good, but not as good as the Jim Clark long slide conversions.

It’s interesting that in the Shooting Times article link you provided they production limit 2 inch groups at 50.
I’ve seen the fluted brass before, joked if H&K made a 38 Spl.

If you don’t mind it would be terrific if I could get an answer or two from you.

I got asked by a new shooter why the Lee 22 Bator was called “Bator”
Is it named after its designer?
I don’t know.

Thanks again for all the replies. I have an SB2 frame. I will pick up some XTP 180's and follow the good advise. The 358 Win won't mind shooting some of the 200 FTX bullets, 230s is what it usually...
Thank you for those replies. I will pick up some 180’s and use those 200’s in the 358 Win.
I have both, a H&R Handi and a Bullberry Encore pistol barrel.

Sorry, it blurs when you downgrade so it can be posted to the Cast Boolits forum.
Just to be clear, no loads have been fired with this loading. If I can’t find several load data recommendations...
