Where are you getting powder without the hazmat fee?

It's a mold/swage setup. One has to cast them then swage/trim them. Seems like a lot of steps for a .177.

Please take the timing Magma provides with a grain of salt. They told me 20 weeks when I was order my star it was closer to 8 weeks.
