I don't know if C&H still make bullet swaging dies for reloading press, but last I check it was 300 something dollars for a 2 die set to make jacketed bullets. I have a .44 cal from C&H to make both...

I also like to add that with jackets being made with cartridge brass, you are limited in design with what you can make with cartridge brass, for instance you cannot form a rebated boattail for those...

I agree with roll tide, just get a dedicated well proven designed press that's intended for bullet swaging, the reloading presses that are converted to be or going to be something of a swaging press...

Not too mention they’re getting old as well…though I heard of Larry Blackmon of Bullet Swaging Supply. I haven’t personally buy any from him. But I heard he’s just as good.

He in fact did, but he said retirement was boring, so he opted to do some making and selling dies out of boredom, he won't however make custom dies.

It was a semi wad cutter type die and round nose, but someone has already bought it, could be made full lead, 3/4 jacketed or gas checks or 1/2 jacketed, it was 185 plus shipping

Thanks for the info. I do have the adapter for the M and S dies to fit in the Walnut Hill press. I do have I believe M dies, they measured 3/4 inch diameter on the die body?

Curious, does he do custom work? Like say make dies to fit other swaging presses? What about his dies? Is it like the Corbin's S dies?

Can anyone tell me or give a review of Larry Blackmon's dies? Specs of the dies and presses, are they good? I'm curious to know what people have to say about it.
