    I had some rusty dies and just "to see" I put them in the wet tumbler, with stainless pins and bits.
    A dab of car wash soap, and ran it for a couple of hours.
    They came out great.

    The top doesn't have the step to it.
    I wonder if someone "modified" it????
    But how would that explain the numbers stamped...
