L1A1Rocker, I backed off the itty bitty pins and lubed 'em in the block just a tad. Heated the mold on a hot plate and let it cool... and I can still see daylight. Is that common for a mold that...

This means your mold would open opposite from the picture in the 1st post, yes?

Good to know, L1A1Rocker... that might explain why the mold didn't seal up cleanly when I 1st shut it up. I didn't know you could adjust those pins!
