21K CUP sounds correct to me.
I ran charges of Red Dot from 1.7 gr to 3.0 grn. Accuracy was good with all of them. 2.8 grn had about the same recoil as a Hornady Critical Defense round.

For a small lightweight single stage, you can load any pistol cartridge using a $35 Lee Reloader press. The new Lyman Ideal Press looks promising and it has a good primer catcher.

Maybe BPcc version 2.0 ?
