First off, glad you & your cat are ok & the only victims are some flooring, cabinets & walls.
Obviously wood putty for the wood work & Spackle for the drywall will take care of those.
The linoleum...

I've got a tire shop in St Pete FL that sells me his weights. $40 a bucket, sometimes $30 (basically whatever I feel like giving him) Once or twice a year I bring in
donuts, just because.
Anyways...

Well I just happened to be in the Home Depot where I bought that can several months back. Sure enough, no hammered green. Not that I doubted you Chris but I though maybe I'd see a few cans on the...

Didn't go all the way bare. Just a quick scrape to get the loose peeling, primed then 2 coats.

I've torn down my reloading room for a pending move but here's a vise I painted next to a LAM II using that hammered green.

Ding ding ding. A quick google search shows the same images....thanks a bunch.
Its in my late grandmothers china cabinet. Had no clue what it was.
Thanks again.

Its made of silver and has a slight oil or petrolium smell to it.
The point is very sharp and small and seems held in place loosely in the cap...maybe by a spring...definitely not soldered in place....

Also as a backup plan see if your local tv stations have a consumer complaint reporter that you can contact. I've never gone that route myself but it's truly
amazing to see a company...

Not the reloading room but at work in the shop...2 days of solid rain. It's nice to cast while on the clock

Go to the last page of that link. He still had a few a couple of months back...just might get lucky.
Good luck.
I highly recommend a Mihec MP .454-225 4cav brass, if you can find one. Contact Mihec thru PM here & see if he's got any from the last group buy....

Been there myself.
Dislocated left shoulder at work. Continued to use it for 9 months before I couldn't stand it any longer. MRI said torn rotator & labrum.

So I see I'm like most here & cast indoors. No special fans or ducts. All done in the FL room (those from FL or the south know what that is) which is also my reloading/computer room.
Again I don't...

Yeah I'll probably get flak for this but...I cast indoors.
READ: CAST...Not smelt.
All smelting is done outside for what should be obvious reasons. Clean lead is then used in my bottom pour which...
+1 for another g30 that hates swc.
Bought a MiHec 454-225 4c and man what a dream to use. Zero FTFeed issues.
Last I heard he still had some available. Might try a PM or email.
I purposely left the gun out in my op in order to not add to the complication. These loads are going down a G30 primarily but a G21 as well. Primers are standard LP.
Naturally I think we'd all agree...
Planning on Fri AM at the range with my chrono.
I get what you're saying about burn rates & how fast the pressure spikes or peaks. Fast powders produce a faster peak, which "should" produce a...

Nice job cutting. Is the bottom rounded? Hard to tell. Most guys, myself included, cut a 2"-3" ring from the left over top & weld it to the bottom for some stability...sorta like a cradle.
And yeah...
