Did you weigh your slugs + SPWs? Mine ended up being 18 grains, or 4.4% over what slugsrus said the total weight would be.

Still haven't had the chance to get out and try again with loads...

I was using the suggested data from the sellers of the wad and slug...that's why I started there.

But yes...I'm dialing it down 10% and we'll see where it goes from there.

My Enfield in 303 Brit responded great to a ladder test with a 311041 clone (powder coated and gas checked) with H4895 powder. I've found one accuracy node around 1750 fps.

UPDATE: I tried the same load with a 311041 clone, Beagled, then sized .314. Same charge, but crimped in the top drive band to mimic the same OAL as the Lee Boolit. Same great results: .495" 5-shot...

Does anybody have a Lee push through bullet sizing die in .316 they are willing to part with? If so, please PM me.

The 308 load is holding 2 MOA groups at 200 yards...which I'm sure would be better with someone more skilled behind the trigger!

Update....now using lee custom 311041 mold from shooting sports seller on eBay. Seats more deeply, feeds better in short throats. Redid ladder in 308 and 303. All else above is the same.
