Seems a guy could make it easy by just running. The lead really hit and have all the jackets sitting in a toaster oven. 725 lead 400 jackets , , would be a lil slow but not too bad imo.

I do both 6.5 Grendel and 7.62x39 and their pretty easy as far as getting them to work and no hard to find cast specific powders

And I also have to say they have these podcast people can listen to ( even though most won't because it's 40min and not a bite sized paragraph) that explain everything, and with 6 and 22 ARC they...

There also a lot of stuff dealing with case design and the actual chambering.
Yes yes the idea was there with ( insert old cartridge) but there have been advancements with cartridges designs...

As I said in the original post the ARC is "new" but not really. People been necking down the Grendel to .6mm and .22 cal since it came out in what , 2011 ? The ARC is just the sammi spec'ed version....

Other then everything not costing a arm and a leg and being easily accessible and low cost ?

Meh, honestly I'm just not a fan of big heavy chunks of .30 cal lead , just isn't very interesting to me for the most part. Eveyone does that ,has been done a million times.....meh...

So seems to me that 7.62x39 case is just GREAT for cast bullets. My 7.62x39 ar was easy to get shooting , same with my 6.5 Grendel. That size case just works and seems most books will have a load...

I personally do t crimp anything all my testing just shown me there no real point with how I do it

Yeah I'm thinking once I get them up to 21-2200fps they will do better really need to cast up some .ore now that I got some nicer alloy

I just used clip on wheel weights , and water dropped them out the mold then out the oven . Got her up to 20bhn if I remember right, easy peasy
