Glad to help. Its been fun working on this with few resources.
I have read that most were 44's but there were some 450's as well. Either way, why is the muzzle bore so much smaller than anything else? I could understand maybe a 44 with a 42 maybe or 45 with 43.
Got this the other day from my inlaw. Pretty rusty. Trigger spring busted (will order new one from wolf).
She had been hanging on a nail in his "man cave" /shed for who knows how many years. I know...
I realize this is an old thread but its helped me IMMENSELY! The pic of the trigger spring was a huge help. mine was busted in half when i got it.
Pistol had been hanging on a nail in my father in...
I've just found (actually hanging on a nail in an old garage) a Forehand and Wadsworth British Bulldog in this same caliber. After I get a trigger spring from wolf, I'll be looking for the same info.

One. Figure out how thick it is. Max would be .002. obviously, you measure a raw...
Let me know how that bullet runs in your auto's. My beretta and shield hated it. Jam masters. In my model 10 they were perfection with 7.2gr of aa5 (powder coated". Im trying the TC version now....
Agree. Stick ons are only good to make harder alloys softer. 45acp and similar can do that. PC the bullets and you can still get your velocity up. They could do well in front stuffers tho.

I ve bad luck with my autoloaders and that mold. Have lots of hang ups in my beretta and shield.
That being said, its amazing for my smith model 10 38spl. 15 yards 1 ragged hole.

Curious.
When the manual doesnt show ANY pressures, is this due to the pressure being so low you cant hurt anything?
Rather like h4895 and 556 "heavy" loads with 75 gr bullets? That cartridge cant...

Bonus! My choice is made then.
Imagine that. An answer from my own beloved Texas!
I've seen some loads using actual rifle powder. I'm just a bit squeemish about doing that in a gew 88...
