I just bought one.
2000 rds of Alliant be86 and 3000 rds of h110.
WAY better than the auto disk. My bench is clean of all that damn spilt powder the auto disk did and after about a 100 loads it...

Yes, I made a jig for a guy to trim 243 to 6.5 creedmoor. He says it is an easy process

Correct the carrier is out of time. Loosen the bolt on the bottom of the ram and Re time. Don't overtighten.

There are a surprising number of people making 22tcm and 7.62x25 from 5.56/223 brass. We just ran another batch of cut down jigs for it.

You may also want to look at a sheridan slotted ammo gauge as a sure fire way to ensure your case forming is correct. A nice tool but not essential.

There are many ways to skin the cat. The hf saw works well and if you are really tight on mo ey, some jb weld can get you a homemade jig to rough cut. Then CTS, WFT or the crow to get the exact...

Alot of people use the tubing cutter and a cordless drill. Nothing wrong with that! It works and makes cases.

I completely understand. I would rather build guns for myself and kids than build jigs. I'm on my phone so it's hard to see stuff but if you have a drill press there is a different design you could...

Thanks Bill. We try. Running a small family business while having full time (50+hr /wk) jobs makes it tough but repeat customers/feedback makes you feel good about the effort.

The 9mm trim jigs work great. Only bulges from unsupported chambers give them problems sometimes. If the brass is out of spec it's hard to make a precise cutter.
They work as we have sold several...

Also, if you have a shop vac put it just to the right of the blade with the opening facing you. It suck the shavings and necks right up and your cut brass can pop right into whatever container you...

When you are ready for TCM I have a jig for that too.
ALWAYS TIGHTEN THE HF PULLEY SET SCREWS BEFORE USING.
Thanks for the great comments guys.

Probably not. The rim makes it inefficient. A better way would be a cts style trimmer

It will. We will have to add a slot to it.

We can cut to .857" on the current jig. However I can make a jig to cut that short, just not both lengths. The existing jig can do the longer cut.

I think I have that covered. But was late getting off work tonight. I will get some measurements tomorrow and make a test cut.

We have jigs that convert 308/30.06 cases. What are you looking for in 45/308?
Forum: Swaging
Sorry. Was away for a bit.
5.7 jigs are in the process.
I will be home later tonight and can check inventory vs orders. Will also answer all pm's

A few left.
You can really knock out cut down jackets quickly.

I too have this problem with LC sometimes. The extractor bends the rim just enough to piss me off. I saw someone using a Cresent shaped piece of thin copper wire in the 9mm plate to tighten up.a...
