Back to the bruises, for a bad bruise try Preperation H. It has an analgisic effect and as we all know from the commericals helps reduce swelling.

Really next time you get a bad bruise try it.

Use velcro <sp?> strips. You can buy it in hobby shops and even colored ones for organizing the cables inside and outside of a computer.
