I think they are for online postage only. I believe you can only use the USPS web site to print postage. I don’t think the brick and mortar post office can do it.

Took a bit to find the mould you were talking about. I would guess a 167 top punch would be the choice.

Heat your lube, shouldn’t have that much force unless your sizing them too much at a time. If so take it in steps not all at once. I did get a package trade for one that the casting was completely...

Vickerman dies are usually stamped vickerman with a caliber number (20, 27, 30 etc). Have had a few that were same style as vickerman dies but with only the caliber stamped and no other markings.
