As I found out, using a punch in a shell holder has a tendency to deform the shellholder. It still works in the rcbs, but, will no longer fit in my Lee loader...

also, if drilling on a cylinder, make sure you get a good center or spot drill starting. For the tap in the drill/mill, I use a 1/8 ball between the chuck and the tap handle. works the same as a 60*...

Works well for me on .38 spl and .45 acp. I likewise deprime and prime off the machine.

One issue I'm having is the cylinder exit is .465!!

The barrel groove dia. is .436!!

I wonder if it's a .45 cylinder, or, the Belgiums were pretty crude craftsman...

I would try the heeled bullet if I had some. Those cylinder holes are BIG!, but, the bore slugged at .436 so these work. I just hate having a gun that won't go bang!!

I'm not confident. 001 calibration will be enough for his application (measuring case expansion due to pressure).

for that, I'd want to set up a runout gage and measure the before and after to...

or, in my case, a 15* ladle into 750* lead pot.
