Someone made one awhile back. they got ahold of some 3d cad files for the hornady powder measure and basically just printed them. I know they had to make some changes. I had the files at one time....

There's a reason no company that needs machines to operate (load ammo) extended periods of time use anything like what Lee has built. Dropper dies like the mr. bullet feeder are the only way to go.

I like how we believe there will be enough components available to use such a machine. I guess if you wanna do a quick dime bag primer run.

For the average reloader I think they would work alright, but even DAA makes a "pro" version of their dropper that is all steel and a huge chunk of brass for weight.

Two bearings is where it's at. You have to be on your game for a single to work consistently. Meaning your printer can't be off on ID and OD of circles. With dual ball bearings there is alot more...

Yeah that green is pretty cool looking. I have some green from another company and I had to do all kinds of changes to get it to print acceptable.

Same as TylerR.. I could not get a good feel for Meshmixer. Nothing I was doing needed that kind of editing.

Yeah all my stuff is wall numbers not thickness. So 5 walls is 2mm... but 5 floors is 1mm I've printed off alot of these and lots of other stuff as well as youtube videos show that infill is not...

Exchange walls for infill. 45% is crazy too much. 25% max. I think mine was down in the 20 range..maybe 18? Go with like 5 walls and 5 top and bottom and you will have a pretty tough unit.

I've watched this video like 5 times and I can't tell what is making the bullets flip. Normally the nose down ones "fall" off the ledge and are maneuvered into the upright position.

That is nothing like the hornady bullet feeder. This is a ramp flip design much like the Mr. Bullet Feeder. The Hornady version is a giant ***. How does this one do bullet nose down if you're...

Perhaps taking a video of this happening would help more?

I use Universal with my 9mm on my Hornady and Dillon (same powder measure) and have had ZERO problems. But then again I use powdered graphite on all surfaces and a good baffle.

Imagine a spring for nose up bullets and one for nose down bullets. Which spring you use it up to you. The other going into a bucket. Just refill the hopper with the wrong way bullets.

did yours come with a ramp? Everyone I've seen posted has the ramp still.
