I had the same problem. The only way I got it to feed was to fill the hollow point with hot glue. Worked well and accurate but too much fiddling around for me.

I made a flat seating stem for HP cast bullets. Slightly flattens the end but doesn't reduce the diameter like a RN stem does.

Not that. I use a NOE expander mandrel for the Lee universal expander for cast. They come in multiple sizes

I use a toothbrush and acitone first. Polish the hollow point pins. Then preheat on a hot plate while the lead pot is heating up.
