With the exception of 4198 all the starting loads for powders you listed will get you there.

I’ve been using a lot of HS6. It works well in almost every pistol cartridge that I load for. 38, 357, 44 special and magnum, 45 acp, 45 colt and 480 ruger.

I’ve not shot lead 9MM bullets but I have shot jacketed bullets and they will work. I use my lee 9MM sizing die to size the 38 cases.
