Mine is working flawlessly. The bullets are coming out with a small amount of "flashing" around the base. I use an NOE bullet base clean up tool to remove it quickly before powder coating.

Hallelujah.......my mold has arrived. Thank and it looks great. I cast up a small sampling to check size and it looks great. Weight with my alloy is ~218 grains.

Base - .3095"
Band - .309"...

After playing with SEVERAL molds and different overall lengths the parallel section of the nose NEEDS to be at a MAX of .298" to work with powder coating.
Every boolit that I try, after powder...

What is the diameter of the "BORE RIDER NOSE"..?? If its too thick it is going to interfere with powder coating.

I am thinking about milling the top of a NOE 311365 (198 grain) mold
down by .250". This would be the top of the mold....aka....bottom of the
boolit. It would leave a single lube groove, crimp...
