Used a 33/64 guided bushing and pushed it over a lightly lubed 375 Ruger case. Cut off to 2.100 ish.
Then sized with a 458 die, don't have 450 die.
Then cut the belt to length and...

Measure the width of the feed lips. The WSM are .483".......try opening them up a bit.

I just tried my AI WSM from Redhawk Rifles and it worked for two round of 458x2.

Are you using 308 mags?

You can drill the rivets on the follower and move the spring forward about 1/4". That might hep a bit.

Have you tried an AI mag?

It could be used to make Ruger saum brass.

This is how I turn down heads.
The driver just fits the primer pocket.
Pusher rod is center drilled and a slip fit into the neck.
Cutter made to fit.

I have made some 223 into 25-20 Sharps Straight, it takes a while.
Oops!
Should be 25-20 Single Shot.

Took me 5 steps to make these ready to size, 3 using the lathe. They came out 1.835" and hold 21 grains of H20, and are .312 straight.

Remember that you need side clearance on the cutter.

My first try at reducing 223s.
Only two bushings and a trim job on the lathe.

With big guns, I kneel and don't use a seat.
It will let you roll with the recoil.
Back is straight and not bent over.

Like 22 LR shooting a 1000 grain ball.

Now that I have a choke in my 7 Bore, I may try buckshot again.

Never could get any kind of pattern before.

But a 7/8" lead round ball will shoot length ways of a deer.

Ampco threads hard and the size may run large.

Try buying and using a 1/4-28 threading die on them.

The better dies will have a screw adjustment for tweaking size.
