Purifying the KNO3 gave me a few tiny grains of dirt - agree not worth the effort.

How much difference would the aluminum flakes make? There's not much, got most of it...

If you're gonna swage the primer pockets anyway just run 'em all, pretty easy to spot the small ones
as it won't go in.
