I use that same mold for my 20" rossi because of the twist rate.

Powder coated, and loaded with 5.6 gr of bullseye. Tested out some loaded with 6 gr of bullseye. Tested out a lot of loads...

I have a 20" rossi in .357, octagonal.

Any "roughness" went away after cleaning it, cycles just fine.

For what I'm doing, holes in paper at 100 yds, its a less expensive and more reliable...

I'm runnin 125 gr .357 through a 20" barrel. Powder coated.

Zero issues.

Made some 158 gr .38 spl +p for a friend of mine. Powder coated.

Zero issues in his 4"revolver.

As per the advice of Outpost, Bullseye powder gave me the best group.

As I don't have the info in front of me, I want to say start with 5 gr, work up to 6 gr. 5.6 gave me the best.

125 gr seems to be the magic number for this rossi 1:30 twist.

At 50 yds with 4, 4.5 and 5 grns of Unique, groups tightened up immensely vs. 158 gr.

Still playing around with powders.

Feed that.357 125grs. The twist rate vomits out 158's.
