This is the 87 grain noe. 6" penetration into wet news print with some expansion, even though it wasn't hollow pointed.

It's funny. The one that lost it's base was the one launched at 2275 ft/sec. All the boolits lost their GC. None of the 2500 ft/sec boolits lost their bases, however.

I used 50# of magnum shot/40# of pure lead and a #of tin to get close. With the magnum shot you get the arsenic that helps if you want to heat treat.
