I shoot OE 1F in my 50/70 50/90 45/90 and some 45/70, shoot for .300 compression and it will really shoot well.

Every rifle has designated brass, it's easy to notch the rim. Hand seat the bullets in fired cases. Only shoot BP.

Hell yes, it works great. I have some 1F OE and it works well in a CPA with 535,540 grain bullets. Am planning on shooting to 700 yards in the Ozarks in a couple of months.

I have noticed it when I pick up some used brass, just segregated and sell the different ones. Shooting BP , there will be a difference.
