Is that can in the back a Marbles solvent? Could you put a picture of it up.
Thanks for sharing.

The box of three must be from the depression not sure with the blank shell.
Forum: Vintage Ammo
Thanks all for the information. Wasn't sure if the sticker just got stuck to the box.

Does anyone remember when the last time Walgreens stop selling ammunition?
Forum: Vintage Reloading Gear
I happen to come across two of these and neither one had a lid.
Forum: Vintage Reloading Gear
It's tin...don't see many of these around.
I'm guessing from around the 50's.
Forum: Lead and Lead Alloys
Well I finally got back to that job and got the cylinders.
Thanks Guys for all the information. Maybe sometime after the New Year I could find someone to test
this lead for the BHN.

I don't think I'll find 49 cartridges at once, that I can afford. But if someone that has three or four an so on that's what I'm
hoping for. Otherwise I might as well sell the Pony Colt with the...
Forum: Lead and Lead Alloys
Thanks n.h.schmidt that's good information. Would you happen to know what alloy the bricks have? The silver ones seam to be linotype.
Forum: Lead and Lead Alloys
Yes..your correct. I believe that's why it was off limits for sometime. We just got the green light to start the job, I was fortunate to check
out the job first.
Forum: Lead and Lead Alloys
I didn't grab the cylinders, thought that they were the most contaminated.
Forum: Lead and Lead Alloys
Wow..that's good to hear.
Also the silver blocks seam to be Linotype because of the ring they have when moving them.
Not real sure, don't have a tester.
These blocks are 8"x 4"x 2" and are 30 lbs...

Which one is worth the most?
The box or the cartridge.
I would like to find some more cartridges to fill my box, does anybody know where I can find some.
Forum: Lead and Lead Alloys
Came across this lead at work. Will be taking apart this lab room and making it to something else. So everything goes to the trash or into the back of my truck. My question is how long does the...
Working on a deal with acguy45
These are gone...Thanks acguy45
Got these from a friend. Was wondering what they might be worth a box (5$ a box)? Like to see these gone soon.
Here's what I have.
Faltan-Bluestreak...Ring-waxed;
One box "yellow" 500 Qty 16ga....
Forum: Rimfire Area
I believe it will work in the Win 52 or 75 models. Very similar, the only difference is that there is no Lock/Notch on them. Even the after market mags for the Winchester doesn't have the lock/notch....
Forum: Rimfire Area
That's the problem there's no markings on it.
Forum: Rimfire Area
Does the Winchester have the small lock notch?
Forum: Rimfire Area
The Savage 84c mag has 2 lock notches, this one has just 1.
The Remington notch looks a little larger and on the bottom mind just has one hole.
