I am using a the M-die after trimming the brass with the Dillon trimmer. For some reason they were still shaving the bullets, so I chamfered the inside of the cases. FWIW.

I had the same problem. Shipped it to RCBS, and they fixed it. Give them a call.

I ended up using some thin rubber from a car matt and a washer. The plan was to order a hycar but I never got around to it. My ghetto washer rig works fine.

I cast boolits for .223 because it' cheap and faster (to make) than swaging in the quanities that I need. Just depends on your needs.
With that said, is anyone using Tac powder with cast .223...
