I'd prefer the .380 neck/spine hits over the one .25 head hit.
You multiple factors to consider - one is errant rounds that miss the target.
I like the RCBS 32-098. They shoot well in all my .32 guns.
I also have a brass single cavity no name mold that drops a 115ish grain bullet that does great as well.

It shoots low for me in .38s and 9MM. It does well in my KelTec .380 though. Accurate and cuts clean holes in paper.
