I use a lot of steel powder for steel shot loads and no magnum primer is needed. It ignites easily in all temps from my experience.

What Bunk Theory said. He does what I do for the most part. What I guess is happening, is you are not getting it totally clean. Maybe micro pitting, real sharp rifling, etc. Once you put oil or...

Here's the web site for another manufacturer. A few threads below also has some photos. https://www.mattesonsmachineshop.com/shop/

I think there's someone on facebook selling a one stroke gas check maker. Do a search and you should be able to find it.

As long as shoot good and say on, shoot they heck out of 'em!

"Now is COVID. Live with it". So that justifies bad business, and support for a vendor that was banned for this very issue? Furthermore, I have bought from him, and from others. That is clearly...

It would be more understandable if it was only since COVID, but this has been going on for years since he first started. One can easily research on this very site the old posts from years ago...

Don't own one, but I have absolutely no doubt that it will put a deer on the ground if the shot is right. The earlier post was spot on with the 22LR. It will also dump a deer in short order if the...

I made my own 410 reloader, but if the star crimp doesn't work to, get a precision reloading roll crimper and some overshot cards. The work great and allow one to load the old 3/4 oz loads. I use...

Seeing how I was brought back into this, I stand by my comments as well. I also work with suppliers and market conditions, and I would not stand for the never ending excuses from any of these...

No offense guys, but you seem very dismissive to anyone else's concerns. While I truly respect your opinions, please do not dismiss other folks opinions like their opinions do not matter. Waiting...

Then it appears he over 4 months behind. Last time I ordered from him it was a couple of years ago and it was the same story, just a different reason. Damn find product, but lots of waiting to get...

I do not wet the mix when mixing. I wet it after putting it in the 22 LR brass, primer, percussion cap, etc. I use the diaper method for mixing it and do not feel unsafe in the least. As stated,...

I guess I am confused. Besides the binder, it is essentially H42 if I am not mistaken, and H48 without the glass and binder, if one chooses to use glass in it. Most of us have been saying that is...

I'm glad I bought a bunch. I'm also glad I can reload them if I want. Not too hard... especially at those prices!

I looked and my shipping would be over $20 to Wisc. Love the prices, though. I have my chemicals, but I will order from them in the future.

Can't help with that. I use the H42 or H48 mix. Easy to get those items.

Search : lee 95 gr .365 mold n Ebay and they will come up. There's quite a few to be had at inflated prices.

If you do the math, a pound of each of the three chemicals make more priers and caps that most of us can shoot in many, many years. They sell a great product that fills a niche, but buying the...

There's a long one under the special projects we had going a while back that is the mother lode of info on this subject.

I can't say I ever measured the amount in a primer myself. I made a scoop out of a LR and SM primer and go by that. I use the LR scoop in a percussion cap and they always go bang with good force.

I haven't hunted them in years, but we used to be able to add them onto our deer licence back n the day. I can't say I ever had a problem killing them as long as you put one in the bread box. I...

As worthless as congress is, I doubt they'll touch off an inevitable civil situation, should they try to touch guns or ammo in the manner that Joe is asking them to. We've survived these before. I...
