I'd load em & go shooting.. I have a couple molds that do that , some in only certain cavities. Haven't noticed any difference from the "shiny" ones.

I have an original Monson Dan Wesson in 44 mag. Although its a fine revolver, I can't justify paying that much for one. There are other alternatives out there given their price point.

+1 for moosemilk. works great for patch lube for target. I dont use it for hunting tho. Bore Butter works great too and have used for hunting with no issues. Plain ol spit works too for that matter. ...

Nice find & great price!! I have a GPR flinter in 54 cal., I built from a kit. I counln't be happier. The rifle shoots amazing with patch ball.
