Have some ceracast or some such metal around. I've slugged a bore, and I've cast a chamber but not a throat...any tips?

At this point have Brass and Dies, but not a preferred bullet or load info?

More interested in 100 -200 yard accuracy than hunting.

Thanks. Included a few more picts. All small parts seems stamped with an "R".
Serial number is 3201297. Barrel date is 7-42 and looks very clean. The symbols on the stock could find were four,...

Not sure what I have or what it's worth. It looks to be totally unmolested and original with an excellent bore and small parts marked with an "R".

Came across some Babbitt/Bearing marked ingots in a lot I traded for. Ingots have quite a "ring" when banged together. Wondering if I should mess with these by mixing with wheel weights, soft lead....

I will check with 43 Spanish first and a fireform load with cream of Wheat or????. Then I will measure the case and size some bullets!

If a 43 spanish chambers and the bore is larger ( hard to tell with 5 grooves) as in .446 you may have a 44-77 rebored by a smithy.

Chamber cast look like a 43 spanish or 44-77. Guse same brass and I'll try a few bullets in .439-.446.
