Cut it down and then treat the stump with a mix of water and triclopyr mixed 50/50. Treat the stump as soon as you cut it down and it will suck the triclopyr into the roots killing it for good..

Just a guess here but that "dot" looks just like the markings on some of the LC brass. It may be military brass that was excess and then stamped with commercial markings instead of the Nato mark.

I treat it as pure when I find it. If you get pieces that have a lot of soldered joints it has enough tin to work well in the 50/50 mix for bullets or as is for sinkers.

I know their T-shirt material is not as thick as it used to be but they still last better for me than other brands. I normally by mine off of super casuals website since they have the rejects that I...

Think it's still be made by Hornady, Norma and Nosler. 300 RSAUM brass seems to be a little more rare.
Check the resale value before you shoot it.......Some of the black tip stuff ain't cheap.
Have used KKM barrels without issue in 9MM, 40 and 10MM glocks. Zero luck with the older Lone Wolf barrels, maybe they are better now. They wanted extra money to re-cut the chamber for my reloads. ...

Found the correct thread but all the heads were too big from the selection at Lowes. Since I'll most likely sell this set up I didn't want to drill the forearm or fabricate screws. Thanks for the...

All,
I can find several places that lists the G1 Contender Carbine Forend using a 10-32 screw but I need to know the length? Thanks!

Maybe try a pre-emergent like they use in crop fields.

Never had much luck with any of the deer lures that contain real scents/urine however sometimes they will work. Zero luck with the new synthetic lures that they have developed. I've had better luck...
Don't buy an MP mold.....once you have the first one the next thing you know you have a half a dozen or more. Using the four cavities you can make a pile of bullets fast.

We've used both pure wheelweight+2% tin with a 265 WFN mold and arious MP Molds with 50/50+2% tin. In the 357, 10mm and 44 mag they've all killed deer and coyotes just fine.

I recently had to ship a gun for repair to a manufacturer. I had them send me the shipping label and shipped it using FEDEX. It was also directly shipped back to me at the house as well. ...

We bought MaxVac unit from LEM about four yeras ago. It's done a bunch of blackberries, a couple small pigs, around ten deer and roughly 150lbs of home made sausage with only one issue. One of the...

You need to swap to one of those "semi-auto assault lead pots" with the bottom pour to keep those heavy molds hot.

A while back I picked up 16lbs for $40 from a guy who had bought out an estate sale. So far it seems to work fne in the 10mm, 357 and .40 S&W. Data is out there just pick up some of the older...

The only real advantage they have are reduced practice time to stay proficient and you already have it pulled back when the game shows up. They are bulky to carry, many of them feel nose heavy, they...

We currently mow about 4.5 acres about every 8 to 10 days so we bought a JD 3032E several years ago. I added on the 72" finish mower the second year and it beat the crap out of the riding mower but...

Well the 185 grain 10MM loads worked like a champ with zero leading. The .357 loads leaded the last three inches or so. Going to pull a bullet and see if the seating/crimping is damaging the...

I used a little case lube and it helped but it appears that I'm trying to size down too much with the NOE sizing die.

Tried the size, coat then size method...no joy. Looks like I'll try the Lee sizer next. Thanks for the comments.
