I have cut the bottoms out of high pressure gas cylinders 9" diameter any were between 1" & 2" thick.
They work great for high power at range not for pistol range.

JimB for your volume you could look at a rod oven for welding rods or just a old oven set at 225 you could dry 6-50cal. cans in about 30 or 40 minutes.

What are you looking to do (hobby stuff, models, 80%'ers)?
How large of items?
