My go to 06 load is 55gr IMR4350 under a 165gr Partition. This load has been extremely accurate in a number of rifles and kills stuff right now.

I also do this to insure that my loads are always the same, minus the powder that ends up on the ground when I'm all amped up and trying to reload in a hurry.

I have been thinking about several pieces of stall matt with a space between them. I don't know how many it would take to stop a pistol round.

I think the Lyman Plains mold is the closest.

Reading between the lines here. Are you saying that this boolit might just splatter on a shoulder? The boolit has a deep concave base and a round nose. Ken

If you want shiney wipe them with a damp rag and mineral spirits after the load is complete.
