I second the bullplate lube. Wrinkled bullets are the mold not being hot enough. Lube only the alignment pins, and only lube the bottom of the sprue plate with fresh warm bullets in the cavitys.

I flux moderately after the clips separate. It seems to release the clips cleaner.
