My goal is to make a powder that when poured from my flask into my measure
The volume is same as weight. I.e. 100grains weight is 100 grains volume give or
take a grain. I dont think its neccesary...

Also i cant grind my pucks. To soft. But they break up with my fingers easy. Then screen them. While shaking screens i put handful of milling media in too. Just on top screen. Helps breaak chunks...

Try tumbling that dry powder with denim or pillow ticking strips. Will remove a super fine dust thats on them and should darken grains up a bit. You should see a slight "shine" or "glint"...

So i started pressing my powder to 1.7g/cc by measuring the volume of my die,multiply by 1.7 and theres how many grams should fit. Once dry ran thru coffee burr grinder, screened etc..
