"That guy is a jerk. His comments about Servicemen drafted for Vietnam service was a turn off. I met not a one who met his description in nearly four years."
About his jerkness, I dunno. But this...

Thanks for showing us this. It looks like he's selling demilled guns. I don't often need a sack of parts, but I'm glad this is here.

I think your goals should drive your choices.
1) If you need to impress your range buddies, get a status brand.*
2) If you might need to sell it to pay for your kid's braces, get a...

A couple years ago I went prairie dogging with a friend, and he brought his bench. It was hell for stout, stable and every thing you want, but it took 10 minutes to set up, two different wrenches,...

I don't have a tool to measure how wide the firing pin hole is. I also don't know what you'll have to do with the extractor.

And the bolt face is .451" wide, measured with my NSK dial caliper.

I'm satisfied with my old Ohaus 10 - 10. I never find those garage sales.

I've got one of those 7.62x39 Zastavas. Exactly what measurement do you need?

I had a 30-30 1899H Feather Weight. 102,XXX, 20" skinny barrel, schnable, straight grip w/slight perch belly. It had a Marbles tang sight and a folding Marble's rear sight in the barrel dovetail. I...

I made a bench with a top very much like yours, and with these legs:

Yep, RCBS has replaced small parts for me, not that I've broken, but just lost. Free replacement.

I had a Browning 92 in 44 Mag, and it was a nice shooting piece. But I couldn't scope it, and that was important to me, so down the road it went. It was all quality.

I mounted mine to a board, and I like the size of the tray and the feel of seating. It doesn't jam much, and never badly. But the plastic part doesn't give me confidence. Glad it's cheap.

dk17hmr, I'm really interested in the 20 Practical. What platform are yours built on?
Forum: Muzzleloading.
Gotta say I'm curious. That's about $100 cheaper than Dixie or Cabelas, and that makes me wonder why.
