Yes that'll be fine. No need to size or to lube. All three are Carcanos so a little over size ain't going to matter. I have the bore paste for them that was a left over from other projects.

Yes, don’t know about that and no. If it is a tapered bore then the bullet should swag down if you use a soft lead.
