Alloy temp is at 700....I think the alloy is 98-1-1 I'm not sure as I buy the lead from local place that sells plated lead bullets..

These two machined for Lee handles one has some surface rust on the outside... Cavities perfect.

4759 is excellent powder for the .500 you can't blow your gun with it...
H110 is often used for hot loads.
Many people are saying that Lil'Gun causes flame cutting of the forcing cone as well...
Does any of the custom mould makers make a round nose 9mm mould. 125-147gr?

Casted this evening - adjusted to sprue plate screw as Swede indicated and it worked like a charm.
Now I have a bunch of beautiful 230gr boolits to lube / size. :)
I don't really want to do any drilling or tapping on a new mould...
I guess I'll just keep tightening the screw when casting...
The sprue plate screws backs out on my 230gr NOE mould. I tighten it and every time move the sprue plate the screw back out.
This mould casts such nice boolits except for this annoying screw...
I have both the 6.5" and 8-3/8" S&W500. I tend to shoot my 8-3/8" more...
