Let me add to this, making a bullet mold consists of much more than puting funny holes in metal. There is a lot that needs done to make sure you can get a repeatable and accurate product. Right now...

The cat is out of the bag now, yes we are working on a lubesizer, I hope to have a test machine running in 2 weeks.

I was told by someone much smarter than I that "If you can chamber it, the gun will shoot it" back when I was first starting out. My 8x57 has a .3235 bore and I size bullets to .328 to fill the...

Sir,
I am looking for a few H&G 68 samples, if you would send me a few I would happily trade one of my steel cam levers. Shoot me a PM and we can make it happen!

Make yer own, mine are smooth and also the drop section is reamed .025 larger than check diameter.

I will play, what size do you want and what size is your GC shank for that size?
Post your opinion here, but I only ask to please test them fairly. BTW with my prices you save way more than $3 a...

I had it over 3 weeks and ran roughly 70,000 checks with it, it needs smoothing up for the most part, just some fit and polishing.
I make my own checkmakers now as I have a design that works...

No, the one I got to test had a super heavy spring that would compound the jammed checks in the tube, as you could not feel the check get stuck. Then the tube would stack full and you risk busting...

I think I have a load dialed in, should be scooting around 2,000 fps. This is at 75 yds, with a 35-200 RCBS sized to .360 and lubed with carnauba red.

BrassMagnet,
If you have a simple set of 300 WBY dies I could use a set, I am not a new loader nor inexperienced but a friend of mine asked if I could load for him, I would gladly pay shipping.

Ham fisted being called "air presses"
I have tested it, it is a welcome tool but to run checks like I do it needed tweaking. I have since started making my own.

I have mixed feelings about it, I want it to be *just* like it is but at the same time I want it reblued and finished like it is off the assembly line, except it keeps all the scratches dents and...

The deer this rifle has shot, and the stories it would tell.

I shot it today as well, using the 35-200-FN and a dose of H-4198 and at 100 yds held a 3-4 inch group, I am happy as a camper!

Yesterday I went to my grandfather's house like I do every Monday, while there I asked about borrowing his 1940 Remington 141 Gamemaster in 35 Rem because I thought I may be testing some brass for...

I too have made checks for "fat" gc shanks, the 30 cal shanks should mic out at .284 any more that .287 and you need a wider cup, not a thicker check.
Looks sweet Ben, I almost bought one based on the fact that the 311331 shoots SUPER in my 30-06
