I caught a 230 gr .45acp bullet last summer that came back off of a bowling pin at a match.

That is the worst part of the PC process for sure.

Just sized a bunch of Starline .32 H&R brass and Win .45acp brass.

I have seen no evidence of increased barrel wear from using PC bullets.

I have pretty much gone to PC for all of my cast bullets. I see no reason not to.

I have shot thousands of these bullets over the years. Mostly light loads at around 1000 fps. Makes for cheap shooting.

Are you operating the action briskly or just slowly working the lever? Mine tends to hang up when working the lever slowly.
