Multigunner, I have a very nice 23B. I have used LEE and Lyman dies, both worked well. Lyman makes a wonderful mold #257420, uses a GC and is designed for the .25-20.

That was my problem. I have top punches that fit the nose fine but will not fit into the die for full sizing.
