Anyone else?
I need to get my set back from my son, but it's easier to get a second set, lol.
Thank you

Sorry, my pm box was full. Honcho, the one I wear out the most is the connector part that drives the primer part up and connects to the handle, but I could use both primer tray assemblies.
Thank...

I wouldn't trim the length until the neck is reformed to 6mm. Your experience making 357 Herrett should be invaluable .

The base of the 06 blanks might also be too large for your 257's chamber. You my need a body die also.

Hello
I love my old, worn out hand primer with the round tray, and really don't like the square tray models I tried that my fiend has. I want to get a setup for my son, and would like some parts...

Ok, I would use them then. I shot one also, it still works but backup units would be great. And I could try the 3rd eye option also.
Thank you

But, if you don't find a fix, I could use the skyscreens.

Nice, clean looking gun for a military service...

Very cool of you. We too celebrate our German heritage on Christmas eve. Most of my first generation family came here, as farmers, from Prussia, most ended up in Ashley, then moved about 6 hours...

I would give the RCBS 35-180 bullet a try, sure shot well ( back when I did more casting and lead bullet shooting) in my 357 Supermag and my Rem 700 35 Whelen.
I hope to get back into lead...

Any chance polishing the leade of the throat with JB bore cleaner would lessen lead fouling as well? I have done this on rifles, while determining progress with a bore scope, and it has reduced...

I'll have to stop by my local store.

Free is good, most of the time. I suspect this isn't one of those times....

Thanks for the info on the damaged brass, I'll make sure to set mine up thinking of your post.

Another vote YES. If not you run the risk of deforming the gas check AND damage to the lead if you don't get the bullet started centered.
For those non-silver bullets, I now use a VLD chamfer...

Good for you.
I wish it was that easy here in the Farm area of California.
Did you do the shooting at the church, and did they qualify you with your carry gun(s) ?
