Can we say that this design is close to the H&G 275 for PC/ Hitek

i've been doing powder coating for over a year now , shooting 400 rounds a week into 2 of my gun
accuracy was good , i even manage to win 3 steel challenge match with
but what a mess in my garage...

what gun do you prefer to use

i'll looking to buy one

got the choice between harbor freight , eastwood

i have over 3000 9mm DT powder coated bullet shot over the summer everything work well
i got my powder from powder by the pound , it's graphite black RAL 9011

so i was running out of...

i order a pound last april at powder by the pound no problem
i shoot 6000 of their graphite black and all but good
even started to shoot small ipsc match with PC

I got all under control now
10 shot group at 10 yards
My load is good it makes major in IPSC
Shot out of my Training glock 35 with stock barrel
the other pics shows my barrel after a 1000...

yea it's reducing the bullet diameter

My main reason to have a coating that resemble the jacketed bullets is to shoot indoor match that does not allow shootin lead
so in a match nobody will notice and care.....

i just found my problem
i change my regular setup on my dillon
took out the lee FCD and put a regular Seater
shot 50 rounds tonight at 10 yards they where all touching
shot by my glock 35...

Have you slugged the barrel to confirm diameter and secondly I would try hardening up your alloy.

i cast with wheel weight
so i need to discard the boolits that past too loose in the sizing die?

i pulled out one boolit and there's no crimp groove and the coating still intack

i have started to do PC dry tumbling with PBTP graphite black
my bullet passes the smash test on both axis

but when i'm shooting 10 shot sroup at 10 yards , i have 7 shot touching each...
