Are you sure that's 375183 and not 375163? My ref's show that cherry #183 was assigned to bullet #421183(ca. 1902, HB#14), and that same source lists a cherry #163 as being assigned to a .38-55...

That looks more like a 'pound die' than a mould. That seems to be a hand-held swage rather than a mould.
