I have several of Chris’s dies. The 9mm one probably has sized somewhere around 900,000 bullets. Bullets still come out at the proper size.

Accurate molds is another place to get blanks. I don’t think aluminum would hold up very good on a master caster.
One other thing is that I have never seen a 3 hole lead pour plate for the master...

I enjoy casting better than reloading. I own a commercial casting business but I really enjoy breaking out my 5 hole molds and making my own bullets.

If they are 124 grain no groove round nose coated that most of the commercial guys sell you will need to seat them at 1.10 or so. Make sure you do a plunk test before you make too many.
