I am in search of a load for a 45 Colt with 265 gr. GC lead bullets. I have Bullseye, Unique, Power Pistol, AA 5 &7, Universal, & Blue Dot.

It's for a Governor and a Judge.

What makes you think it's obsolete?

I am very happy with Lee dies. I won't use any other brand for handguns, and am switching over for rifle calibers.

My LnL bushings will back out while in use, especially the powder measure and FCD. I put witness marks with a Sharpie and keep a close eye on them.

What about a KISS bullet feeder?

Lemon juice can leave a pink cast to the brass.

I use an Ultra-Dot Pan-A-V with a Weigand base on my SRH .454 Casull. No issues.

You are too kind! Yes, I am VERY happy with it. I don't use an electric casefeeder, as I like to inspect the case as I insert it. And, I moved up from a Loadmaster, so I am in my own little section...

I own a Ruger SRH in .454 Casull, and recoil is brutal, SOooooo, I reload .454 Casull brass to lower velocities. The bullet doesn't have to jump so far to the rifling.

I rarely, if ever, go to Midway's site anymore. F&M quoted me 3 weeks on 2 Lee items, and I got 'em in 7 weeks. It's MidSouth for 95% of my online stuff now.
