I don’t know how much neck you’re working with but a mini tubing cutter might work. That’s what I’m using for 348 to 45-75 prior to conversion.

Correction on my post. I went back and watched that segment of the video. The brass is annealed after the first draw with more draws to come. Annealing the whole case makes sense at that point.

How far down the 348 case is everyone annealing? Seems like you’d want to get down as far as where the taper starts to form for the 45-75?
