This is a 0.459 diameter groove-less bullet I plan to powdercoat and use in my 45/70. Available in hollowpoint and flat nose. Only need five more people to sign up before it gets run!

NOE is doing a group buy for this sweet looking slick sided bullet that would be great for 38 spl, 357, or maybe even a heavy 9mm. We're at 9 signed up so far and just need one more!

NOE is doing a run of a slick-sided version of their HG34 mold. Since Al can use the existing tooling, he's running it as an inventory run. We just need one more person at this point and it gets a...

RG# describes the number of cavities with pins for hollowpoints, flat points, or cup points.
I still GC my powdercoated bullets if there is a GC shank. Don't go cutting up a perfectly good mold. In my experience shooting a bullet with a GC shank without a GC in place results in sub-par...

Just need two more on this, let's get it going!
If you powdercoat you should take a look at this group buy going on for a mold that should be perfect for the 30-30 - http://noebulletmolds.com/smf/index.php/topic,2081.0.html
Thanks guys, I'm trying to decide if I should hang on to the molds or not, the WC mold I could load in my 44, but the round ball molds I'd have to pick up a new revolver... but then again I've wanted...
I was given some old Lyman / Ideal bullet molds by my granddad in a bunch of other reloading stuff (including thousands of 12ga wads and shotshell primers [8D][8D]) and thought these molds might be...

I actually meant i think it might fetch a higher price on ebay or something rather than the scrapyard, but I'll post up what happens all the same.
Boolit_Head - wow that would suuuuuck. I wonder...

I've been musing over ways to take advantage of the increasing amount of zinc in my wheel weight buckets. Obviously it's just a matter of cranking up the heat to melt the zinc and it can be poured...

Also seems like he's not seating the checks fully before running them through the sizer. The gas check shanks on that bullet may be a bit large for the gas checks. He would either chamfer the bullet...

Why not just use a silicone baking mat? The one I've been using has been through several dozen cycles and is holding up fine.

Very well done! You should post that picture up on the NOE site too, Al has a thread going for game pictures

All those who are interested should also post in the inventory run thread on NOE's forum. I put the link in the 1st post.

I really like the idea of using a loading block or something similar to plop down 50-100 bullets at a time on the spray table.
I could just be a cheap bastard, but i don't like the idea of curing...
Forum: Coatings and Alternatives
I see guys on here and other forums who ESPC and bake thousands of bullets at a time in commercial ovens. My question is this - What's your process for standing thousands of bullets on their bases...

Cheap is fine. I ordered this 2 pack off amazon and was able to get two separate mats for my toaster oven out of a single one (see picture). The other one is actually used for baking normal food......

Sounds like you've got it, if you're intent on doing shake-n-bake. The one thing I'd suggest is pick up a silicone baking mat instead of the parchment paper. I've used the same silicone mat at least...

I also like to ESPC relatively thick. I put the bullets on aluminum foil to spray, then transfer them w/ forceps to a silicone mat to cure. No skirts and no sticking
