RG# describes the number of cavities with pins for hollowpoints, flat points, or cup points.

I still GC my powdercoated bullets if there is a GC shank. Don't go cutting up a perfectly good mold. In my experience shooting a bullet with a GC shank without a GC in place results in sub-par...

I've been musing over ways to take advantage of the increasing amount of zinc in my wheel weight buckets. Obviously it's just a matter of cranking up the heat to melt the zinc and it can be poured...

Also seems like he's not seating the checks fully before running them through the sizer. The gas check shanks on that bullet may be a bit large for the gas checks. He would either chamfer the bullet...

Why not just use a silicone baking mat? The one I've been using has been through several dozen cycles and is holding up fine.

I see guys on here and other forums who ESPC and bake thousands of bullets at a time in commercial ovens. My question is this - What's your process for standing thousands of bullets on their bases...

Cheap is fine. I ordered this 2 pack off amazon and was able to get two separate mats for my toaster oven out of a single one (see picture). The other one is actually used for baking normal food......

Sounds like you've got it, if you're intent on doing shake-n-bake. The one thing I'd suggest is pick up a silicone baking mat instead of the parchment paper. I've used the same silicone mat at least...
