Went to Cabela's and bought a Lee Pro 4-20 for the same price as the Production Pot IV would have been with shipping. Will give my old pot to my son-in-law to repair/restore.

Used this pot heavily for 10 years, fair amount of maintenance. Mine had the bulkhead nuts holding the heating elements that are split and the factory put the split up, caught lead and shorted. That...

I did not have a stash of 9mm slugs so I did a little casting. Been a log time but it all came back to me. The time involved, the smell, saving money, and the the tingling going up my arm. Oh, wait,...
You beat me to it. Have always used the pinky.
Made my first conduit de-mooner back in the late 80's.

It's Czech 46gr No-Recoil Training Ammo.
http://www.joeboboutfitters.com/Czech_46gr_No_Recoil_Training_Ammo_12rd_Boxes_p/amu-cz54r-12.htm
I started with 4.3gr. RedDot and a 240gr. slug.
Worked very well, 1" pattern at 10 paces off hand.
But it is a handful out of a UL and a 100 rounds is a workout.
I've had good luck with 32 caliber pistol JHP in my Mosin's.
A lite load of powder and they make great pumpkin sploders.
Seemed like an awful lot of air space, so I used 5 grains Bullseye under 180 lead.
Recoil is much more polite.
And is tin can accurate also.
Have not put any on paper yet.
I'm off the books here, lead 180 grainers.
I've a Taurus ULTRA-LITE I'm trying to take the snap out of.
Bullseye and Red Dot are what I have on hand at the moment.
Will be back tomorrow.
Thanx.
