I've been using the non stick coated pans for awhile and they work great. No prep needed just got to be careful not to bend them when picking them up to empty them out.

Try dropping them straight from the oven into icy cold water on the last coat. Helped me with 9mm as it needs a hard alloy to not deform in the case and is a fairly high pressure round.

I can't find the manual on there either now. It looks like they have got a new manual out and the only way to get it is to buy it or use the online version and print the pages you need.

Pretty sure the manuals are free to download off the adi website and it's a very comprehensive compared to some other powder companies.

I normally coat once then size and do a final coat to cover any blemishes from lead flash etc from poorly cast bullets or roughness from an unpolished die.

I use the lee 500gr in my pedersoli sharps and have had great success out to 700yds with smokeless powder pushing them a smidge over 1400fps. Going to be trying them out to 1000yds soon.
