It probably would at that. The FCD can already put a hefty crimp on 30 cal cases. If the 0.327" is loaded diameter, the OP may only need to crimp to 0.329 or 0.330 anyway.

The 351 is a bit of an oddball. You definitely need to size down or get a custom mold to shoot as cast. I don't really see any way around it.

What exactly are you considering a carbon ring? Location?

IIRC, Primed brass ships same as ammo, but cannot be bulk (loose). It must be packaged so that the primers are protected from detonation, such as factory boxes or ammo boxes.
